Are you a SNAPSCAN vendor?
Yes, we are able to receive SCAPSCAN payments. Please email us & we will send you the SnapScan barcode.
Why don’t you display prices?
Initially the aim of the website was for it to serve as an online catalogue. As the site was developed we decided to include a fully functional shopping cart as well as secure online credit card facilities. In order for our clients to still be able to make use of our site as a catalogue without revealing the prices they are paying, we opted for a system that requires members to login to view prices.
Can I collect my package and not incure the Postage and Packaging costs?
Yes – you can collect from the Showroom. When placing your order online choose the EFT/Bank transfer payment option and type in WILL COLLECT in the notes section of your order. We will zero the Postage charges on your invoice.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes – click on the Showroom tab on the Main menu. The hours and contact details are listed there.
Do you supply Internationally?
Not at present.
Do you process credit card payments via the website?
After careful consideration we no longer offer an online credit card payment method.
I am not registered to pay with SnapScan & would prefer not to add this as a payment option. Can I contact you directly with my Credit Card Info?
Yes – you can call us and we can process the transaction manually. As recommended by our Attorneys and Bankers, we will request that you complete an authorization form. This is to protect ourselves and our clients against fraudulent Credit Card transactions.
Do you charge for Postage and Packaging?
Yes – we try and levy the exact costs of postage and packaging.
Does this mean I won’t be able to use my Credit Card to pay for my purchase?
Not at all – we have a Credit / Debit Card machine at the Showroom. You can pay for your purchase when you collect.
