Big Tree Designs focuses on imported Czech & Japanese glass beads. As well as local yarns & indie dyed yarns. We take every precaution to protect and care for our products, so that you as the end user are ensured of receiving the quality you deserve.
Errors
We are however aware that mishaps occur and should you inadvertently order the incorrect colour from stock we shall do our best to assist you in this matter. In the case of this item being being a special colour (not a stock item) we shall assess the returns of such items on an individual basis.
Should there be any potential problem or oversite regarding your order. Please notify us of this matter within 48 hours of receiving the items. Only items in their original packaging can be returned.
Postage & returns policy:
Postage / transport costs of any and all returns requested by you is for you own cost and should be able to be tracked. Items need to be returned to Big Tree Designs within 7 working days. Item(s)that are not returned within the above mentioned time frame will not be accepted. Any returned items that are lost while in transit are your responsibility.
Should the error have been made by Big Tree Designs, we shall cover postage costs iro sending the correct item(s) as well as the return of the incorrect item(s)
Big Tree Designs reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. A Credit Note will be issued in respect of any & all returned orders
